- Refunds are only available for digital products (airtime, data, electricity tokens, cable TV subscriptions) that have not been used or redeemed.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction.

Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase,unless otherwise explicitly requested by the customer and approved internally by Chiventis.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for transactions that have been completed and delivered.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we believe there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or other malicious activity.
